This notice has been prepared under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) to explain how your personal data is processed when you contact YapıCorp. The Turkish version is the authoritative text.
1. Data controller
Your personal data is processed by YapıCorp (an Etay Group company) as the data controller.

2. Website forms do not store data
The project forms on our site do not send your information to any server or store it. The form only creates a message draft in your browser. You decide whether to send the draft via WhatsApp or email; once you send it, your information reaches us and is processed as described in this notice.
3. Personal data processed
- Identity information: your full name or company name.
- Contact information: your phone number, email address and WhatsApp account details.
- Enquiry and project information: project location (city / district), approximate area, service of interest, project stage and any notes you share with us.
- Client transaction information: proposals, contracts and project correspondence arising after the meeting.
4. Purposes of processing
- Responding to your enquiry and planning meetings and site surveys,
- Preparing the project scope, proposal and work plan,
- Establishing and performing contracts,
- Fulfilling our legal obligations and protecting rights in the event of a dispute.
5. Legal grounds and method of collection
Your personal data is collected verbally or electronically by phone, WhatsApp, email and in face-to-face meetings. It is processed on the legal grounds set out in Article 5(2) of the KVKK: processing being directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract, compliance with the data controller’s legal obligations, the establishment, exercise or protection of a right, and our legitimate interests, provided that your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed.
6. Transfers
Your personal data may be transferred, only to the extent required by your enquiry and limited to the relevant purpose, to the engineering, design and construction partners we work with on the project, to our group company Etay Group, and to legally authorised public institutions and organisations.
If you contact us via WhatsApp or an email service whose servers are located abroad, your contact data may be processed on that service provider’s infrastructure. Using these channels is your choice; you can also reach us by phone.
7. Retention period
Your personal data is kept for as long as required by the purpose of processing and the retention periods set out in applicable legislation; at the end of that period it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised. Records of preliminary discussions that do not result in a contract are deleted after a reasonable period.
8. Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed; to request information if it has been processed; to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly; to know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred; to request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate; to request deletion or destruction under the conditions set out in the KVKK; to request that these actions be notified to third parties to whom it has been transferred; to object to a result against you arising exclusively from automated analysis; and to claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.
9. Applications
You can send requests regarding your rights by email to info@yapicorp.com or in writing to our address above. Your application should clearly state your full name, contact details and your request. Requests are concluded as soon as possible depending on their nature and within thirty days at the latest.
10. Cookies and third-party content
This site does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts and images are served from the site’s own server. Google Maps, WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook links on the site open the respective providers’ pages, where those providers’ privacy policies apply.
11. Changes
We may update this notice in line with changes in legislation or our services. The current version is always published on this page.
